How do I book?
The preferred method is by phoning us, alternatively, you can email us using the information in the side bar to the right or fill in our form on the contact us page.

How do I pay?
You normally pay on the morning of your hire, most people pay cash, if you want to pay by cheque we will need payment ten days before your hire date. Alternatively, you can pay by Credit/Debit card (2% fee incurred) or bank transfer up to 3 days before the hire date.

What notice do I need to give?
Its best to book as early as possible to avoid dissapointment.

Can bouncy castles be used indoors?
Yes - as long as there is sufficient head clearance then we are able to locate the castle indoors.

What happens if it rains on the day of hire?
Most of our castles come with rain covers but if you still decide to cancel due to weather then please let us know as soon as possible, preferably before 9am, you will not be charged for making this decision. It may also be necessary for us to cancel for the sake of safety if extreme weather is paramount - such as relentless rain or high winds. We will always supply a castle wherever possible

What happens if it rains during a hire?
Most of our castles come with rain covers but it is recommended that you stop use if the rain becomes heavy as the castle becomes slippery when wet. This can be dried with a towel. The plug to the mains must be indoors.

How much will it cost?
Please contact us for a bespoke quote as our prices may vary depending on your intended use and location i.e. private / charity event

What does the price include?
All prices include delivery, setting up and down of bouncy castle and collection. You will also receive a blower, ground pegs/weights, extension cable and a ground sheet.

Do I have to pay a deposit or booking fee?
Normally no deposits or booking fees are required, however during peak times we may request a deposit.

When hiring a castle is there anything I need to provide?
IMPORTANT: You will need to supply a 240v mains power supply within 25 metres of your intended location of the Bouncy Castle. The bouncy castle will be connected to this supply for the duration of use. Failure to provide power supply within 25 metres may mean that we cannot set up the bouncy castle where you would like it.

How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front and rear of the castle and 3 feet on either side, this is to allow access. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, furniture, slides, rubbish and dogs mess is removed from the area where the castle is to be sited. Please also remove any overhanging branches and clothes lines. Bouncy Castle sizes can be found on our castles page

How long does it take to set-up?
Each castle takes about 10 minutes to set-up and up to 30 minutes to take down, times may vary slightly depending on which castle you have.

Do you hire overnight?
Yes under certain circumstances this can be arranged at a cost, please contact us

What happens if a problem arises during the hire period?
It is very rare that a problem arises that can not be dealt with by the hirer. But in the unlikely event one should arise feel free to contact us at any time and we'll be around ASAP to sort it out.

How does the inflatable operate?
All of our units run on electric fans. The blowers must be kept switched on at all times. Failure to do this will result in castle deflating.

How much does the castle cost for me to run?
An average electric unit costs between 50p and £1 for a day's use. A petrol blower or generator costs will vary depending on current fuel costs.

How long do I get the castle for?
You can order the inflatable for a few hours or you can keep it all day.

Can you provide supervision for the duration of the hire?
Yes, for an extra charge, we can provide a supervisor to manage the inflatable for the hire term. Please enquire if you require this service. Our supervisors are CRB checked.

What happens if you don't turn up?
We have never let any of our customers down. We do get calls from people that have been let down by other hirers due to mistaken function dates and double bookings. None of our customers are able to say this! Obviously like everyone else we are susceptable to events beyond our control like traffic delays and accidents so delays can occur.

Can castles be set up on a slope?
Sorry, this is not possible

How safe are your castles?
To us safety is paramount. All of our units are of commercial quality and tested annually and conform to strict industry guidelines. We are one of a few companies in the area accredited to the RPII scheme. All of our equipment is hygienically cleaned and serviced. We are CRB checked and so are the supervisors that we can hire to you.
